SHIPPING POLICY Orders placed after noon (CST) will be shipped within two business days via U.S. Mail. Each shipment will entail delivery confirmation. Normal delivery time is two to three days. You will be notified via e-mail if delivery of product(s) will exceed these time periods.
RETURN POLICY CakeArtByJodi will replace any product if that product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped. We recommend that you contact us) to notify us of the damage, defect or incorrect shipment prior to returning your purchase.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY Check our website to determine if a product is available. We will at times announce new products and the dates they will become available.
BACKORDERS If an item you've ordered is on backorder, we'll e-mail you the estimated arrival time. You can choose to wait for the item or cancel it. Backorders remain active for 30 days. If after 30 days the item is still on backorder, we will automatically cancel the item. We will e-mail you 5 days before we cancel the item to ask if you would like to extend the backorder.
